Every summer of her childhood, Ms. DeeDee traded Massachusetts for her grandparents' home just outside New Orleans, where her grandmother, Madear, was up before the sun and the kitchen was full of laughter and something sweet. These pecan pralines carry that New Orleans flavor home to New England. Butter, sugar, and cream are cooked until silky, folded with toasted pecans, and hand-set into creamy, melt-in-your-mouth rounds. Choose the Original for the classic Southern praline, Sea Salt for a sweet-and-salty finish, or Coconut for a toasty, chewy twist. Each flavor comes in a small box of about 15 pieces or a large box of about 30, and makes a little bit of Louisiana sunshine to share or keep for yourself.
